ABOUT JIFI~NYC 5K FUN RUN Dec 2, 2023
Jamaica Independence Foundation Inc. (JIFINYC) presents our 2nd Annual 5K Fun Run/Walk fundraising event. JIFINYC is a 501(c)3 charitable non-profit organization whose mission is to invest in the human capital of our country, an investment that is guaranteed to have a positive impact in the lives of those who are most underserved.
Our events focus on helping women and families who have experienced crisis situations find a safe haven and support our youths in enhancing their academic skills and athletic abilities.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign to raise awareness about the impact of breast cancer. Net proceeds from this event will be donated to a charity which supports Breast Cancer Awareness.
